His entrepreneurial journey began at Usman Flour & General Mills, where he led sales and marketing initiatives that transformed the business into a competitive, market-driven enterprise.

In 2008, he strategically expanded into value-added food manufacturing, Taste Cuisine Pvt Ltd. by commissioning a state-of-the-art Italian Pasta Production Facility, setting new benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and operational excellence within the industry.

His Real-Estate portfolio includes KGN Builders & Developers, under which he played a pivotal role in the development of Mall of Wah, one of the region’s largest fully operational shopping destinations, hosting over 100 national and international brands. Extending his vision into organized retail and family entertainment, he spearheaded the launch of KARAF Hypermarket, recognized as the region’s largest hypermarket, and FunFiesta, a contemporary indoor children’s recreation and entertainment destination in Wah.
